Very impressed with him. Quick, lots of energy, skilful, two footed. Great signing and will be a star.
Big shout for Drew Talbot. Superb debut at home.

all the new additions added to us today, roll back a year and the additions that day were very poor but today all including Talbot who is not really a debutant for us looked good. josh kay was impressive especially 1st half, very positive in his play. I feel he will only get better too

Jack speaks very highly of him and sees a big future. No doubt well recommended by Tommy Wright.

jacks has chosen his backroom team really well, he clearly knew what TW would bring but a word also for simon tracey who I think is a great appointment, how he picked up eastwood after conceding 5 at Stevenage, now the same with ramsdale after his disappointment last week.

Kay was great today. The report on the club website when he joined said we had paid a fee , yet Jack said on Peak today how well we had done to get him on a free.
These go to eleven.

The fee could be a sell on if/when he moves on. No actual money up front.

Yes but it was still be classed as a fee, just not upfront. Football is a messy, messy world and nothing is as it seems.

To cover their back, the BBC managed to call the deal a ‘loan to the end of the season’!

It’s Jack that’s mistaken then Moondog. He clearly said during his live post-match interview on Peak that we were lucky to get him on a free!

Very impressed by what he produced yesterday, looks to be a very good player, full of energy.
Show class, have pride, and display character. If you do, winning takes care of itself.

He’s actually a lot taller and stockier than I expected him to be from his signing photograph, I thought we’d signed another lightweight

He changed our dynamic because he can run with the ball at pace and is not easily knocked off it

Him and Mccourt give us some vitality in midfield. Reed good too. Weir slower CM and better at rb. Drew has released JBW from LB frailties. Nelson looks ok. Maguire did well. Possibly more players to come. Things are looking up again
