He says he is going to be harsh with the players. How do you think he can do this? Empty words
What huge improvements has he made with the players IYO?

I think that's a perfectly good question. Whilst some players who didn't do so well under Rico have performed well others that were key players last season have been pretty poor this season. We still have inconsistency issues and the team tactics and selections have often been baffling.
We've had our worst start to a season since we were relegated to L2 and the squad still has an in-balance despite six signings. Whilst it's still early days I fail to see what major improvements Sheridan has made.

I can see how he wants the game to be played, but doubt we have the players to do it.

Then surely as a manager he has to come up with a different game plan?
I suspect most managers have an idea how they would like the game to be played but have to adjust the plan to suit the players or coach some skill into the team.
So far, in my opinion, he is struggling to keep his head above water, we seem to have taken quite a few steps back. Its not an easy job and I hope he starts to make progress very soon.
