I’m surprised we haven’t released a few ourselves before the window shuts but perhaps they’ll be announced over the next couple of days. On the other hand maybe money is no problem and he wants the safety net of a big squad as he did in the final season at Saltergate.

Maybe somone would take MAF or Reid on the cheap after a settlement, but I take your point.

On a separate issue I thought we might be able to send Hollis back to County but I guess That isn’t possible now

I assume Beestin will be gone when his loan is up in mid Feb especially with Carter nearing fitness

I think he will be benched now and used as cover seeing as the lad from Toon has come in.
Be interesting to see how the forwards line up. Lots of options up top now.
If we being super greedy, I'd hope a LB (push Binon up to wing) and RB (cover for Barry and Talbot).
Midfield is swapped but would have hoped for some out and better in.

Sounds like Barry injury isn’t as bad as first thought; perhaps Shezza has made do and end especially with the FAT game first up

We now have a massive amount of strikers on the books as it stands ATM.
Quite a few filling midfield
Defence is a problem down left and right.
If we had one signing left to make, I'd go RB as Talbot out and Barry with an iffy hamstring.
We have others that can cover LB

I hope he figures in some part he's a skill full player It's not worked out for him this season for some reason
