Yogi a actually said that he didn't think he was going to bring the drum anymore ( on the Fb donny match thread) which sparked some comments asking him to continue - this I presume has lead to Yogi creating the fb poll to gauge opinion.

Tell him to leave the drum at home, we might get a proper atmosphere back.
We 8 Mansfield oh we 8 Mansfield!!

Only if people are willing to step up the mark and not wait for the drum as we do at home usually. The MAke up of those at the back of the Kop is somewhat different to how it was at Saltergate

2,700 potentially backing the mariners! This could well be like a home game for them let's just hope our fans turn up and are in good voice too to drown them out

Apparently the police held a pubs watch meeting this week and every bar has to have bouncers this weekend. They are expecting some to turn up without tickets and also some to turn up the night before. Last time they came they went to Sheff for some trouble beforehand too. Police said they were 'mental' and had stopped off in Alfreton and tried to set fire to a boozer. So, as has been mentioned many times - not a nice bunch of lads and has the makings of a tasty afternoon - both on the field and off

It's not a tough decision for me, I'll be there. Life's to short to deprive oneself of your inherent pleasures and being a town fan the life span of being involved in a successful period (performance wise) is even more limited. Yes I am optimistic on the playing front. (Note, I said playing front)

There's no right or wrong at this point.

Maybe if I get a freebie I can square it with myself & what I've said 😂

(I plan to go to both Hillsborough & Meadow Lane as it stands)

Which begs the question who implements banning orders and why aren't they adhered to?

That's only relevant if those on banning orders travel surely.

Can think of a few boozers in Alfreton that could do with burning down tbh. Can't be the cleverest of bunch if they planned a route via Alfreton anyway

Which begs the question, if police Inteligence identifies all the above, what does their intelligence reveal about the scabs and deedahs to go that extra step and rearrange the KO time, do they believe Kim Jong un is organising their mob or is it more likely its a box ticking exercise and b.ll...s to the fans it inconveniences.

It seems that at least one Mariner has tickets for home end (has Town connections) but is going to ask to be moved after twenty minutes.
Quite wear to springs to mind.
One of his fellow posters thinks its an awful stadium in a crap town. Blundell Park Cleethorpes Utopia lol...

I think you'll find it was Sheffield they stopped off at, on the way to Alfreton

Do you think he might be talking about the rec??
And looking at the empty shops and homeless wino/junkies littering the town, i starting to agree.
