Exactly re the amount of subs
I bet there will be situations in games when we need a different tactic or need to throw everything at teams which will require a range of different attacking options.
Think we are covering all types of attacking play we will ever need.

Great signing. As an opposing fan you’d always hate him as he’s so effective. Just what we need, not only an eye for goal but a team motivator and a captain just by his actions. Don’t see a problem with him linking with Grigg tbh, not the same type of player but both can play together and find the back of the net in the opposing box which is what we’ve missed despite the number of goals scored in the NL (think about all the chances that went begging). Madden will always be a bit less forward than WG but both are proven goal scorers. Really optimistic with this signing, just what we need

7 on the bench with 5 to be used, likely be 6 outfield players so that leaves plenty of room for folk to be on there.

Did he play as a lone striker for Stockport or did he play deeper in the 10?

I’d expect to see him and Grigg rotate leading our line but it does offer a different option to Dobra or Jacobs in the 10. Especially if we see the rumoured lad from Derby too.

Quigley will have to get used to life as a bit part or plan B if and when we need to add a “big lad” up top

Not too worried about the two years. I'm fully expecting us to spend more than one year in L2, and he's surely good for 2 more years at that level.
