but as sson as they got a goal all the shouting for rico out etc started we have a young team who needs the crowd to get behind them look at the carling run when we went behind to west han i didnt hear any shouting this is crap just good old singing to get behind the team and it worked,
so why carnt we do it now then ,yes we pay our money to watch the game and yes its crap when a manager doesnt know what hes doing half the time, GET BEHIND THE LADS you can see there heads go down when the shouting that Bunkum etc star flying around .
wait till the end of the season and see if rico goes like the said he would if we didnt go stright up then we can start asking the boared questions
write in to the club, ring the club up email them etc if enought do it they may take note

GREAT POST MATE......its demoralising playing in front of your own fans booing and shouting abuse at THEIR OWN TEAM.
C'mon SPIREITES - Rico's 1st Year in Management - he needs our support, he will stick to his declaration and will go at end of season if we dont make it up.
Then we will have to search for another manager to come in and build a side from nothing (Leven will go, Lester may do, there will be no Dowson, Hartley, Hawkins, Owens, Dyer, Roche, Kerry, Maloney......so where do we start....????
Cant wait for the answers...................
SUPA JACK LESTER WILL MAKE YOU LOOK S..TE

End of the day it comes down to the manager - its no good him saying we have a side full of kids because it was hiim that signed them. Most of the "kids" now have plenty of experience i.e. leven, downes, picken, niven and ward

i said the team was young and he bought them cause of the lack of money
the average age is around mid twenties i think
they need our surport and if its down to managment why shout at the players they are doing what the manager tells them to do so shout and scream at him at the end of the game
get behind the players during the game

Well said mate but it won't happen, too many people want us to fail to prove a point. Rather sad really, cut their nose off to spite their face. We may fail, but not through the want of trying, the lack of support may be a factor.
We as fans may have to look at ourselves and ask if we contributed enough in the quest for success!!!

To my mind TEAM gave up when news of Wycombe winning at half time was known. Crowd also knew of Wycombe score and that killed it.
We lost all shape with the substitution AGAIN. Taking Niv out of central midfield of which we had control for most parts invited them on as the lightweight Kerry did nothing again. Having said that we had enough chances to have had the game won at HT.
Morecombe is like stavely but less lively. What a fkin dump

Hartley - not good enough
Dyer - not good enough
Kerry - not good enough
Owens -the fact he hasn't featured presumed, not good enough as what is playing in front of him isn't good.
Maloney - will be a good player, but it won't be here
Leven - has ability but no fitness, pace and stamina. Should have took the 100k. Thought first half Saturday was as good as he has been in a town shirt. Second half he was knackered
Dowson has some ability, not good enough for prem, now being played out of position
there's a start for you

that deffantly is a good post i agree with everything you say we are there to surport chesterfield i no alot of you cann't stand the maniger i carnt but its is not the lads fault who paly week in week out who the boss is. i dont us to be the ones that "only sing when were winning" because what is the point in that we should stick with them through thick and thin and i dont think it is right wonting chesterfield to fail just to prove a point that richardson is not good enough.........if he is not good enough fair enough but why wont it to destroy us just to prove the point

Did we fck but we did end up in that bowling place to get a drink. Couldn't get kids in anywhere other than in a "shed" that's the only thing I can describe it as up the west end. Had a few in bowling place and ended up back in hotel bar.
I've never seen anywhere so desolate at night, even the street lights on the front were on "dim" and they were only on one side of the road. No lights at all on near side
That pub you were in on the front had 4 in and when I walked in he said you couldn't have kids in lol

Welcome to the talking stupid club Are you the Hubbard ot Rico incognito? Got to be, a fan/supporter would never blame themselves for this failure of a season even though thats what you have written, so it's your fault? Hope you are proud.
Didn't look like they were trying yesterday did it?

At least the players must have been trying because Rico said pre-match it was a massive game for us.
Isnt that how it works?
