Thought they could maybe leave O'Neil at RB still and give Donohue a start in the middle with Morsy.
Wouldn't be surprised to see them revert to a Banks/Morsy pairing though :/

Saunders said Novak will definitely be fit. All down to whether Drew is fit, team seems to pick itself if he is
If he isn't only two options, Hird to RB and O'Neil in midfield or the one you indicated, O'Neil RB and Banks midfield
Make it clear that we still need an addition or two

Has Donohue even got off the bench yet? Starting against the divisions big spenders would be madness.

Hmm, looks like some sort of RB cover makes even more sense now, releasing O'Neill into midfield where he belongs.

Hird Evo Raglan Jones
........Morsy O'Neill

Hird hates RB. Really would prefer him to be at CB.
So would I, but IMO Hird at RB is a better option than Banks in CM right now.
Of course this assumes Drew is out.

What's the latest news on Martinez, anyone? Is there an estimate as to how long he may be out?

Seeing as nothing official about it even happening as yet or what happened its all guesswork. Twitter talk of a scan today so may find out in pre weekend interviews tomorrow or so if they get the results.

I'd estimate that it's his season over..
ACL tears are usually 6-9 months if not more.
Hopefully he will be back in time to get pre-season under his belt next year.
