100% he definitely headed it. His hand was never anywhere near the ball. Is it possible that ref could be Jacksons brother? If so it must be in the DNA.

Pity you can't get odds on bookings/sendings off at this level for non-televised games, especially as Fylde have the second worse disciplinary record in the division already!
