I see they have resorted to claiming a handful of pro club's as partners because FBT provide them with kit!

Get it on, bang the gong , get it on

I am looking forward to the day both directors appear under the disqualified section at Companies House!

Hopefully alongside two others from CFC.

Sorry Chris.

Our work will on here will not be done until the club is sold into the stewardship of good, honest safe hands.

In relation to this particular questionable enterprises, perhaps. However, there is a need for vigilance to prevent the next one. the man behind it is still doing the same thing only 45 miles away, and we have only this week been told about some plan to import players from Latin America that would, I feel, have followed this sort of "dodgy academy" model, where no-hopers with wealthy parents would have come over on student visas. With their own man picking the first team, who knows how much an appearance in that could be sold for? I know that sort of thing sounds extreme, but experience in digging into this over the last few years encourages me to think of the most ludicrously bent thing that a man can do at a football club, and guard against it.
It's nice to be able to Trust again.

It was hardly a sensible plan to get a club out of the NL , at least in an upward direction. Sack the manager who has signed almost a completely new squad for the level of football we are at, destabilise this group of players, bring in a foreign manager with no knowledge of the NL and then import some foreign players? I wonder where we would be in the table had this happened. DA clearly doesn't give a monkey's what happens to the club as long as he gets an acceptable sale. That's pretty shameful imo.

Has anyone else seen Andy Holt's tweets (Accrington's Chairman/owner) @AndyhHolt
His tweets with regard to the Blackpool situation and the EFL are very interesting. He sounds like a very good owner.

Very interesting guy to follow in general. Very open and honest about absolutely everything.

His tweets today about the cost of success are interesting. Noticed a few town fans including myself have engaged him on FL ownership today

Was reading those earlier. It put a lot of clarity into the last few years of CFC’s approach for me.

It boils down to care and commitment. He has it in abundance, along with a sense of reality. Our lot on the other hand..

I've been asked to make people aware that with regard to point 20, at a meeting with AC, moondog, Steve coe and others on 25th January 2017,that AC was made aware of numerous allegations which included the payments to Myles and Jake. Point 20 of the club's defence suggests he wasn't made aware until May '17, some four months later.

In which FBT Academy Director Liam Sutcliffe appears to support greater regulation of so-called "Academies" in order to weed out the unprofessional ones.

The alarm bells should ring if they ask about the projects he's left behind!
