What a goal fest it was last night. Boy were those lads quick. Things look good for the England side if they continue to develop their game. Some of the play reminded me of the great footy we witnessed under Cooky.

Pin point accuracy in passing and rapid pace were the 2 things that stood out for me. Thoroughly enjoyed the game after the dross we have had to witness.

Don't suppose we could persuade a couple of the lads to hang around for a couple of days to give us a hand on Satdy.

Hardly a throw in was there? The ball must have been in play for a near record at the Proact.

Would have been better to have seen them up against credible opposition.

Yes they were totally outclassed by our young lions and the score suggests their goalie was pants, but he actually made several great saves or it really would have been a cricket score.

Great to see the ground packed, don't suppose we will see it nearly full again for a long time if ever.

ps. Can we have that ref every week please.

How much do we make from this?
Guessing FA pay us a fee to host? and we keep anything from the concourses?

Assuming all tickets an broadcasting revenue goes to the FA

The only negative were the 2 numpties who decided it was ok to enter the field of play & approach the england gk (I assume they were 2 blunts).
Hopefully that won't effect our chances of holding more games in future.

England play one game at the Proact and score seven goals.. We however have played eight matches and only scored five! and bl**dy three of those came in one game!

How much was it to watch the u21's last night and how much is it to watch town

To put into perspective the population of Andorra ain't much different to that of Chesterfield.

More perspective to our current predicament: Nearly four years ago we strolled to a 6-0 victory at Braintree. Now we can go 12 matches without beating one team in the Conference.

dtp's perspective is spot on. Andorra has a population of around 77,000 and is the sixth smallest nation in Europe. It is classified as a micro-state.

Andorra's average FIFA ranking is 163, which they are currently exceeding, standing level with Nicaragua, behind Antigua and Barbuda and in front of Turkmenistan.

The rough equivalent would be something like Chesterfield against Clay Cross, and we send our juniors out to play that one.

All correct.
And so is the fact that a large number of the players on display last night are International Champions at either U20 (World) or U19 (Europe), and the skills, pace, passing on show were beyond anything we have seen for many a year.

The football from the England youngsters against a weak side, was terrific, but if you can't play football on an immaculate Proact pitch there is something wrong. Come on mad dog get that ball on the floor, I hope you and your players watched how football should be played. It was a pleasure to watch.
