From reading his stuff on social media I find him quite inspiring and insightful, and more than once this season I have wondered whether it was down in some degree to Shinner that last years threadbare squad was almost injury free, and played with a freedom and confidence we haven't seen repeated this time round.
There's more to the role than drilling players; higher tiers of sport, it's as much about getting the mentality right. Shouldn't have got rid of him in the first place. Hope he comes back.

I will second, third and fourth that, arguably his biggest mistake, you could accept the players going that happens but there was no need to disrupt something that was working. bring back shinner

If there is one thing you can't lay at Saunders's door it's the players leaving, not like he had a choice in the matter was it!

I blame the person running the club day to day! Yet another blunder by the root vegetable! Please we need some good news like Sunderland still want him!
Who employed him? Who continues to employ him?
