After all, this discussion was sparked by somebody stating that the management team didn?t know what they were doing..

Could be wrong but fairly sure they have also stated in the interview that they know they cant be as open in how they play in League 2 compared to the just out score teams approach in the NL. Improving the defence is not just a case of adding new players but can be done by changing tactically how we play to give the centre backs more protection both from the full backs sitting in a bit more and the central midfielders giving them more cover in front.
