Well my ST as gone up almost £2 a game, so that's got to be the minimum increase on pay per game ticket sales, probs more likely to be £3/£4 per game
all we are saying, is give us ...a goal, or 2+

You get the feeling that, rightly or wrongly, the club will announce match day prices the minute the early bird offer ends.

It seems that way but in the spirit of transparency it seems a strange thing to do.

Maybe they are waiting to see what income has been generated from ST before pricing match day tickets. Don’t see any other reason by both weren’t announced together

The only possible commercial thinking I can find is to hide higher than anticipated ticket prices until it's too late to secure the cheapest prices. Anyone then reflecting on them and deciding to pay for a season ticket will do so but at a higher price.

We should just be upfront with all of this.

Anyone on the fence about a ST might be swayed by the fact it will be £25 on the gate next season (hope it isn't by the way but looks like we are heading that way)

In a strange way we could end up selling more ST than we ever had yet have lower home fans in than this season if match day prices are too high!

I’ve got ST so won’t be my problem but as Cfc91 says at £25 it will put some off.

I noticed there was a story on the main site that stated we had set a new ST record with 4500 sold - but it was taken down quickly

That would be the commercial thing to do to push more sales.

I think £25 is still Cheap considering some in the national league is £24 and you watch Matlock it’s like £15.

Sadly for me, I cannot get to enough home games next season to justify the outlay.

So it'll be the case of chancing the lottery of what tickets I can get, in whatever stand is available for the home matches I can do.

But I prefer away games, so next season plenty of potential days out. Shame there won't be a visit to the Shay next season.

Did anyone know for the visit to Vale Park away fans are now housed in the Bycars End (opposite the Hamil Road end on our last visit)?

Visitors will need to jump into the shower after the match because its in the dregs known as Stanfield.

Why would £25 extra put anyone off?? Honestly! The littlest thing to moan about!
Put £25 into perspective these days!! It gets you nothing

Looks like an extra £1/£2 depending where you sit.

The North stand is the same price as the kop now, unless you’re an adult then it’s £1 cheaper.

Interesting they choose to release match day pricing now, so close to the deadline?

I thought the adult prices would have been a £1 more. Glad they’re not as we seem to be well placed already to have record breaking average attendances next season and hopefully, with some more smart thinking, concourse revenue to match.

Still don’t understand why the early bird deadline is always the last day of the month. Surely the 1st of the month would be better, so folk who get paid end of month can sort themselves out cash wise if need be.

I've always thought this, a lot get paid last Friday or last working day of the month so 30th doesn't give much turnaround time for people to sort.
