And then maybe we could publish them by county in the UK, (of living not theft), and then maybe town.... After all, if you are from a certain place you must be a criminal right? Are people from Derbyshire more likely to be crims than people from Herts? Bolsover v Clowne v Chesterfield? To think that a persons honesty is determined by where they come from is nearly as stupid as saying its based on their colour...

(but it might be affected by their socio economic group which also might influence which party they vote for - so maybe we could rank Tories v Lib Dems v Greens v Labour v New Labour...?)
