Tyrer
King
Palmer (Williams has been falliable recently, although Palmer can be too)
Grimes
Clements
Jones (definitely!)
Naylor
Mandy
Banks
Dobra (although could be Jacobs and I wouldn't mind)
Grigg
Subs:
Shecks
Oldaker
Jacobs or Dobra
Berry (hopefully!)
Quigley
Really hope Berry figures in some capacity tonight and desperately hope Colclough is available soon as despite our strength in depth we are missing him badly.

I wouldnt chuck Berry (get it!) back in straight away as last thing we need is a long term injury for him. Jacobs retains the ball better than Banks and possession will be key. Jones needs to come in and not only break play up, but help organise and drive the team forward. Williams has played well, the issue with the back four has been the ease at which runners from the middle get to them quickly.

webb did make mention that king had pulled up in training last week which is why he didn't feature against rochdale. i would go along with your line up, i think experience is key tonight, jones and palmer both won this league in recent times. agree that palmer has the mistake in him but so too does williams, palmer's experience gets him the nod.

So, you think the points dropped against Ebbsfleet were all down to King?
Then, from what I understand Sheckleford was poor at Bromley.
And, Sheckleford played again against Rochdale when we again dropped points and I struggle to remember him putting much in the way of crosses in even though he spent a good deal of the time in their final third.
King is by far the better attacker and has the best understanding with Mandeville. When they play together we only need those two on that side not a threesome as we had against Rochdale with Sheckleford, Mandeville & Banks.
Sheckleford shades it defensively and had more pace. I’d stick with him tonight because of that and play King in home games instead.

Well reasoned Goku, I too would prefer Williams and Oldaker, but against Barnet I think we need a bit of steel and the industry that Jones provides rather than Oldaker, and regarding the Williams v Palmer conundrum, I'd agree that after two or three sterling performances since coming back from injury Williams has had a couple of poor games, the problem of replacing him with Palmer is that although Palmer is more experienced and probably reads the game better he lacks the pace of Williams, so against Barnet's nippy forwards tonight I think I'd go for Williams. Apart from that I'd go with your selections.
