Trying to add a bit of positivity to the thread

I ordered a shirt online last week one evening, did not confirm when I was picking the shirt up

Next day went into club shop got served with a smile and politely and my shirt was waiting on the side and was in and out in less than a minute

Great service

If we are going to focus on negatives then I think they deserve to be praised when things go well also.

Great post. I agree. Accentuate the positive.

My favourite player too 😂

It’s dangerously bad. Weirdly music seems to come though OK but any announcements are completely inaudible. I think Drew Talbot spoke before the game but I heard none of it.

But that’s a great example. In was reported to the Forum. It has been costed and is looking to progress I believe. There are short term contingencies in place for safety announcements.

why don't some members of the forum go in and do some voluntary hours.. earn their seat on next years already pre selected fans forum....

Probably because they have jobs families and don’t live near enough.

I never said it was. However, as a customer service business its normal to either answer the phone or have it go to voice mail explaining why you ant answer it now and giving some info to the punter...

Is it posh living down south? Or just where people go for the work...? Weird outlook on life...

You do get the option to leave a message on the zero option if you wait long enough

But if they are read on here - surely that negates the need for emailing?

You would hope so but the forum is the default system for not answering the phones.

Thought the same, as if it's up to fans to tell the club the shop is understaffed

I was on about the phone ringing and not getting answered or messages being left and not responded to. We have had problems with the phones and messaging for years and it really doesn't ever seem to get better, but all Ive been told is that they've had no complaints about the phone system.
If people don't complain about it, in a way that we know has an audit trail, then things can get overlooked or ignored.

No …surely it’s easier to moan on here in the vague hope it gets seen? Then complain when you’ve not volunteered and not put yourself forward? I mean why put in any effort to help when you can hide and moan on here?
