Why is he still allowed to post? I'm baffled, he went over the top with hate speech and continues to use people's homosexuality as a negative trait against them, please tell me why this is allowed?

Unbelievable isn't it?
I posted about Evans -which was an opinion - yet got a ban/moderation.
Yet Wooly, S&D et al can spout any old offensive rubbish and no one bats an eyelid (actually fair play to Benno who did so with the thread)-

Stephen Fry is an interesting and intelligent bloke, whom like the rest of us is entitled to his opinions.

He doesnt believe in God and that's fair enough.

Just like I don't believe in taking moral or spiritual guidance from 60 year old hemmorhoid hitman who's married a youth that's old enough to be his grandson.

Still each to their own and all that.

But you'll take spiritual guidance from some sixty year old priest crippled by inhibition, frustration and denial?

Yeah, the Church really does hold the moral high ground when it comes to it's members' sexual antics...

I wouldn't class someone demonstrating their support for a political leader as extremism. Just because people don't agree with it, doesn't make it extreme.

Is wanting to build a wall running the length of a border not an extreme view then?

Not if people are wantonly exploiting the massive length of said border and all, sorts of illegal immigrants such as criminals, rapists, drug dealers etc are getting through unchecked . The world is a place that needs borders, and we struggle even with our likes of sea to try to keep those out that would choose to do us harm.

I'll put it another way. I've never heard any other politician in my lifetime propose such an idea. Why? Probably due to practicalities like cost and reality kicking in. On a scale of political views Trumps ideas must be towards the extreme. Makes you wonder what he thinks but doesn't say? If this is him trying to get elected then what views does he secretly hold?

He probably got the idea from series 4 of Arrested Development.

Yes his view on this are a bit extreme but your comment was "as we are talking about extremism" which I think for most people nowadays relates more to Islamists cutting peoples heads, blowing people up and causing world wide terror in the name of their religion rather than a politician with right wing views. I get your point though.

I blame the BBC for pussyfooting around and calling terrorists "extremists." So when someone like Trump comes along who is not a mainstream politician, we struggle to label him.

This should be celebrated.

I'm puzzled by what he means by remaining celibate, though.

No kissing?

No hand holding?

No embracing?

Touching, but not including one another's todgers?

Sadly, it's still one step forwards then one step backwards for the Church.
