email karenwood@chesterfield-fc.co.uk with your details and the zebra finance details. She should be able to sort it out for you

Its Easy. Once you have been accepted by Zebra an email is sent to the club. Give it time to be sent (24hours) phone up the club and ask for Karen, to sort out your seat. The form filling is done at this time. I received a confirmation letter a few days later with the details of the seat etc.
I did it last week everyting went painlessly.

Probably the little bundle of joy I encountered when I renewed ours. I bet contraception was not an issue for her.

Who did you email your complaint too? I had a few 'service' problems on a VIP day (having spent well over £1000 on our party of 17). I emailed Gary Cook asking for the clubs response to how the issue happened and to date he has not had the courtesy to respond.

Unless I'm getting my CFC staff in a muddle I think he tweeted prior to one of the games over the Easter weekend saying he was following the game via twitter and player from Spain whilst on holiday.

Cheers Jon, will give him another week but in fairness, I am still fuming with the issue and will complain with or without answers to the questions posed.

Anyone know the deadline for season ticket renewals? Saw it somewhere other day but had a browse through a few things and can't seem to find it.

Sounds a bit harsh labelling all of the ticket office with the same brush.
Living in Long Eaton and not having a season ticket I pre order and then collect on the day.
I have always got through on the phone and always been dealt with in a professional and and friendly way. And only last week I phoned to order my season ticket. As I said before it was painless and a big thank you to Karen. I have yet to be served, spoken to in a rude way.
