Apparently the Sheff Utd owner has been on Talksport discussing the departure of Heckingbottom and appointment of Wilder....the club havent even announced Heckingbottom has gone yet!

What was his reasoning, hoping he’ll stabilise the club in the Championship next year?

Looks like Leam Richardson is one of those in contention to be new Rotherham manager.

Sheffield United, were never set up for a return to the premier league from day one. They have a goalkeeper who can't rely on the protection from his defense, because they don't perform as a unit. The midfield is championship quality and the forwards are woeful. If Wilder is the answer, why get rid in the first place? This is posted for my blades mad brother who reads Bob's Board but won't talk to me about all things United any more for fear of ridicule 😁. He had his day when we fell into this coal shed of a league.

Tell your Blunts mad brother not to worry mate cos Mr. Wilder has come up with a cunning plan to save them from the drop. He's applying to the Premier league for them to use these goals when they are attacking. They're portable and can be moved to the other end of the pitch at half time so they can attack them for the second half too. If they can just keep some clean sheets they may be able to scrape a few one nil wins between now and the end of the season.

😆😆, their strikers could still miss. I asked him which striker/s he'd have back from history, and his first choice was Mick Jones, but told him that their chairman would sell him in a blink. His second choice was Keith Edwards, I had to explain to him that Edwards was a poor man's version of Ernie Moss. His third choice was Agana and Dean, but I banned him picking double acts from The Good Old Days 😂😂😂.

A (former) Rotherham fan was drinking himself silly in the boozer last night having heard a rumour Steve Evans was going back!

Ron Stanton reporting, via sources, Richardson is basically a done deal.

Burton punt Maamria.
No white smoke from Exeter yet after an eleventh winless match and a home defeat to Port Vale without scoring (again).
These go to eleven.
