I've mailed the Nat league tv and vented my grievance.

It wasn’t buffering as such and everyone was complaining about it. The other matches I switched to were fine. It wasn’t down to the internet at the user end.

There is a complaints procedure - I also emailed them
I also wouldn’t use the term buffering as it conjures up an impression that isn’t’ t accurate. It was more like there were missing video frames producing a jerky picture akin to low quality stop frame animation while the audio was uninterrupted. I’d never seen that effect before.

I've simply responded to an email and asked for a refund. Like any commercial entity plus the Inland revenue, they're good at taking money off you but slow to return. I'm paying far too much tax but have to wait until June to get what will be a 4 fig refund.

To be fair I've recieved a refund pretty quickly.
However we must be mindful it's the middle of Christmas and they will probably be working reduced hours.

I sent an email pointing out it was only Solihull’s stream that was sub standard and all the others were fine. They responded with an acknowledgement email
It’s worth pointing out that if the monies are refunded it will presumably be Chesterfield who will loose out and not Solihull

Yes the same, works out at £4.76 for the nominated club, according to the Kings Lynn owner who did the maths last year

It is 60% of the £9.50 let’s get that straight for starters.
Given the tone of the article, subtracting VAT to illustrate lost revenue is dishonest because VAT is subtracted from his gate receipts anyway which wasn’t even mentioned in the comparison.
Clearly the Kings Lynn chairman has a justified gripe against the general NL distribution model which is clearly unfair. However the experience of Kings Lynn leaves me with no sympathy whatsoever. We were crushed into a tiny corner of the stadium when the rest of the stadium nigh on empty. Shame I’d say, treat away support with more respect and they might well turn up in person and pay gate money rather than stream at home.

I’ve still heard nothing, but a fan on Facebook has had the attached reply.
The National League seems to be taking the same approach as the Post Office in the Horizon scandal ie “you’re the only one with a problem“!

Jeff stellings kicked off about the Hartlepool stream on twitter so they might have to listen up soon.

I haven’t had a response yet
As I said earlier, if you look at the highlights of the game (second half) it has the same jerky effect the stream had. If you look at the Solihull version of the highlights it doesn’t. Something a bit dubious about that
