Hey everyone,
If your PM boxes are getting a bit full, did you know that the board can email your old PMs and tidy up your inbox in the process?

If you want to save them and delete them at the same time:

1) Choose archive messages from your control panel:

2) Select Inbox (or what ever folder you want to save)

3) Select 7 days and older

4) Choose a maximum of 50 PMs to archive

5) Choose delete messages after archiving

6) If you have Microsoft excel on your pc, choose excel format, if not choose html

7) Hit PROCESS and your old PMs will be emailed to you and removed from your pm box in the process.
