Bit of a lighter thread, any recommendations on the best away pubs for next year?

Without doing any research...

The Golden Eagle in Lincoln

Any of the Castle Rock ones in Nottingham.

The Parcel Yard at Kings Cross for the London trips

Probably a few round Cambridge...It's been a while since we were there.

Depressingly it's not jumping out at me as being a season of great pub visits. We are blessed round our gaff really.
The greatest miscarriage of justice since my case against the producers of the Never Ending Story

There's one or two decent real ale pubs in Lincoln also Willy's Pub & brewery in Cleethorpes won't disappoint.

Absolute abundance of real ale pubs in and around Accrington.

Start of at Peel Park Hotel opposite their former ground.

I've already got a nice list of eight in Lincoln prepared (we may have to give the match a miss).

Went out in Lincoln a while back for drinks on a Saturday afternoon then evening. Started up by the cathedral and worked down the hill and found more than a few decent pubs.

Up near the cathedral is where some of their less accomodating "boys" gather. "Entertaining"😃😃to say the least. But the pie was good.
