Ched is not.

Mate - he's off.

I thought when he entered pitch during the "lap of (insert your own word)" with a packed bag on his back was either a cryptic or subtle way of telling us

I didn't think he would want to play in league two next season. But we gave him an olive branch back into football and feel by signing his one year contract extension then wanting to leave he is not showing us respect as a club. I think he would be better sticking with us and maybe seeing what happens in the next January transfer window. I also feel he will be wasted at sheff u as they have many attacking options already and will probably be warming the bench in the championship.

That's because he was being wrapped in cotton wool as per request from the Blades. We were only supposed to take the heat out of the situation until such time as they were ready to have him back. Imho of course

Lucky in that it was the season of Doyle's life, never to be repeated, his value had maxed out.

Still it was working for us that season, selling him told us all we need to know about the clubs ambitions, well reinforced since .
