AFAIK the charges are for allegedly breaching Premier League rules, so I don?t see the PL has the jurisdiction to ?relegate? them to L2 as that?s an EFL competition.

Surely All they could do is fine them, expel them from the PL or give them a massive points deduction effectively relegating them?

I would imagine the EFL would welcome them with wide open arms in the Championship.
