Realise its not official yet but if cfc force dorking to refund my away ticket I'll be seething and genuinely might be done with the club.

Just so the blimey amateurs can sort their mates out.

Are you being serious? Just buy a ticket again if they do?

Firstly why should I? I have a ticket and for a nice change I had the same amount of opportunity as everyone else to get one.

Secondly what if the club limit them so I can't get one or I can't get to the club to pick it up etc.

Why should I have to jump through more hoops when I've bought a legit ticket in good faith?
Guess I picked the wrong week to quit sniffing glue!

You’re right. Anyone with a ticket currently should still have that ticket come opening day.

Wor I don't get is why CFC choose to incur the cost and trouble of selling them at the Technique.

If tickets can be purchased via the home club's website and either collected on the day or printed off at home, why bother with the admin?
Get it on, bang the gong , get it on

Don’t we get 2£ per ticket sale for handling, I’d wager Dorking haven’t got much staff about apart from match day.
God I hate this league.

They don't need any staff apart from match day. It's a website. It either automatically handles ticket sales or it doesn't.

This may not have been caused by Town.
When I first looked on Woking site it stated " An announcement will be made re away tickets" or words to that effect so maybe they made a cock up !
In any event with the distance involved i am sure there will be enough to go round

Yeh but they aren’t Solihull and are obviously going along with our requests and like some have said it looks like ST priority will come into play. Good ploy with early bird offer still on.

Organised transport may be a consideration.

Why do you think people buy season tickets? For a laugh? Priority tickets to away games and cup games is one of the main reasons. Dorking have made a mistake and your ticket will probably be refunded.

No, he said 'taking home tickets away from people who want to watch their first game at this level?' which doesn't mean peoples first games, it means people first chance to watch them since they were promoted to the NL.

Imagine we'd won the play offs to the Championship, and first home game there were 1,000 Forest fans in our home stand, meaning 1,000 home fans couldn't watch us at that level for the first time (in most peoples living memory!)

Bit strange that, as Forest will be playing Bournemouth at home they day kn the Prem.
