£1300 a month isn't a massive amount of rent for someone on over a grand a week.

Really? 52k a year which nets to about 43k after tax and you think best part of 50% on rent isn't a lot....

You must live frugally!

After Cooky left us for a big club, I really hope he is kicking himself he had waited just à little bit longer! Now that Sheffield, Derby and Real Madrid are looking for new managers the big headed blinder could have had the pick of the litter! Chesterfield 1 Judas Cook 0.

From what Cook himself had said to other people.

Just about the whole of London is commutable to Euston. Dead easy to get to.

This link might help with a few options.
Guess I picked the wrong week to quit sniffing glue!

When the fixtures come out you'll have one to ink in as your return then. That's good.

He left because the player budget allocated is not sufficient to take us any further than he has done. Feel a little bitter myself, but that's football for you. If any fantastic players come along then they too will be sold as recouping his loan is more important to D A than taking a chance for promotion.

He got the CFC job on the basis that he could get results without spending much, so to plead a lack of funds at this stage is a non-starter. He went for a much bigger pay packet - no shame in that.

Well that is what the attributes our intrepid duo wanted but who knows what was said at the interview. Clearly he got a decent budget in his first full season so that assumption should be treated with some doubt.

Whatever, he brought success at a price and it seems it was too much for DA

Look around Enfield that's reasonable in London terms and get the train

When told what Sheridans budget was the quote was "I can do more for less" .....he actually did more for more
A new hope.

He also appears to have brought attributes with him the club didn't know about
