Wonder what cooper is thinking!!!!

The first thing a Leeds supporter at work said was "at least Cooper should get a game now".

Best quote for me was in this mornings paper from Ray Fell, chairman of the Leeds Utd supporters club, he said ....."I hope Leeds don't turn into a laughing stock"....
Bit late for that sunshine!

Neil Redfern has rumoured to have agreed a 'long term' deal to become Leeds new head coach on a permanent basis.

Presumably, that means about 3 months??

Football management has got to be the only line of work where you can get sacked for poor performance, sometimes repeatedly, only to get another job elsewhere doing exactly the same thing, very often having your contract paid up and getting more money in your new job. How on earth is Clark going to do any better than the bloke they just sacked and is he going to do any better than he did at the club he just got sacked from? Doubtful at best I would say.

Poor old Matlock. Let's take the situation we find ourselves in today then think back to the Rushbury months upto his sacking. Feels better already.

This is the Gladiators and I wouldn't bet on it; the management stuck with the previous regime, even when they were palpably struggling.
