The term 'private box' suggests this is a non-CFC enterprise whilst I thought the East Stand facilities were owned and run by the trust.

So how does Town benefit?

The matchday use of the room is an agreement between the tenant and the Club; the Club will benefit from the arrangement. The doors in to the stadium can only be opened as part of the matchday safety plan. The Trust has an agreement with the tenant for non-matchday use.

The original build for the East Stand shell was not allowed to have windows, although the Trust asked for them. Had those currently running the Club been in place it might be that pitch-side windows would have been part of the facility.

Oh I see. I must say I would have thought 'private box' was the terminology for this kind of facility at all venues. Eg - http://www.ascot.co.uk/private-boxes

Maybe a problem will occur when those seated close to the box try and renew next season
I sit in N85 which is just in front of this box, personally dont think their will be any problems as the box is for up to 16 and their is plenty of available non season ticket seats around me

I am q87 literally right in front of it. I am going to be really really annoyed if I get shifted.

£800 a game (£50 a head)? Not bad but bar is cash and not free so added revenue from that

Why would anyone not allow pitch-side windows for a facility that is built within a football stadium? I just find that restriction very odd.
