Why the different prices for the Under 18s, do the club think the earning power of a 15 year old trumps that of 13 year old? More absolute nonsense from the club.

Just make it one price for Under 16's extended to Under 18 if in full time education. Simple as that.
Guess I picked the wrong week to quit sniffing glue!

I agree. Encourage the young fan. Just have under 18; 18-21, 21-65, 65+

Tin hat at the ready… Almost every stat online points towards the 60+ age range now being the wealthiest in our society. If by increasing the concession age to 66 means we don’t have to further increase prices elsewhere then it may be a well judged move by the club.

as someone who is 60 before the start of next season, I am glad they have upped the age... why should it be cheaper for someone 60 than 55 or 40 or 30? Once you are expected to have stopped working there is a justification, until then no reason...

And for the record I expect to retire before I am 66 (67 in my case) - but that is my choice and will be made knowing what the impact is....

I assume because at 15 you can do a part time job and earn some money so could in theory pay for your own. Also likely to attend alone rather than being brought by a parent so no full price ticket being sold as well...

I'm sure we will all want the best budget and best team next season, but seemingly only if someone else pays...

There’s certainly a justification for the pricing at both ends of the spectrum. Whether it is worth the aggro is another debate.

Wow, the increase is far less than I was expecting - really good pricing for the entertainment on offer, I’d say.

Without wishing to cause uproar on here, I'm surprised by the increases because they should have been greater.

Is the price band on purchase or season start? I have a 16 yo now who’ll be 17 when season begins… big difference for someone still not earning.

It was as of 1st July.

It didn't last year, so I wouldn't expect it to this year.

You asked why, and havent sat through way too many decisions on pricing and listened to all sides, that is my guess as to why...

And thanks, not interested in being on the board, a full time job and a voluntary role is more than enough....just wanted to give the alternative perspective that you hadnt or didnt want to see...

the only thing indefensible is a constant sniping without trying to see any good in anyone..

why? the club are reliant on gate income to survive and so if they can come up with a better option (long term good of club being the defining point of better), why not?

A new ticketing system being launched with the launch of new STs, given the unprecedented demand, what could possibly go wrong lol.

Hope they’ve stress-tested it otherwise there might be some unhappy folk on here and other social media.

Still no word on match day pricing.
