Imagine u r the boss for pre-season. what do you do. only thing you cant do is say you would sign such and such. try and be sensible and think of your budget

1. place an offer for Clingan
2. place a loan offer for Fulop
3. Search for a CB on free
4. Give Logan a 1 yr Deal with the option to extend it to 2.

Number 1 target - Get Sammy Clingan at this club as captain.
Get Fulop on season long loan
Bring in a proven or good calibre central defender...maybe have a word with Arsenal again see if they have the central defensive Bailey for us.
keep Logan on short term rolling contract... Adam Smith will shine this season

Unfortunately Roy's old mate Colin Todd heard he was OK and snapped him up for Bradford last week.

I'd try and get fullop, loan or bid (loan seems more likely)

get Beckett on free

bid approx 50k for Akinfarwa (tribunal should see that as fair bid)

Enquire about Clingan, (only 20k max) he's good but we cant afford big money. We might get on free with say 60% sell-on i.e. niven

get in a centre half

why akinfenwa. if he signed aswell we wud have 6 strikers?!?!?

he aint worth 50k if sammy clingan is only worth 20?!?!

and akinfawa is a proven goal scorer rated at 300k by torquay so 50k is a good offer, with regards to being feet on the floor, we bid about 50k or so for clings last time so the moneys there plus we now have extra from Evatt sale.

can anyone disagree that we need about 4 more players, i dont think so.
