Blimey - seem to've hit a whole nexus of nerves, here!

The thread is discussing GeeBeebies.

It clearly says so at the top of the page.

A station watched by nutters who got their knickers into so many knots when a presenter 'took the knee' he was instantly fired.

So I made the pretty straightforward observation they wouldn't be spending too much time following a diverse GB team whose members have publicly endorsed that protest.

With reference to the Ashfield MP so disturbed by young men standing - or to be precise kneeling - against racism he refused to watch.

Then our friend 'Misnomer' posed a simple question: "Who cares if it's diverse"?

To which the obvious response has to be "racists".

However.

Suddenly I'm accused of having either a problem or an agenda and saying the country's full of racists. Followed by what looks like an unburdening rant certain sections might dub 'virtue signalling'.

Oh, and apparently millionaire footballers (and officials, by the way) are being somehow controlled. Forced to comply.

Really? Seriously? Honestly?

If so, I'd humbly suggest I'm not the one with the issues...
