Went to Edders (Paul Beardsmore) funeral a couple of weeks ago. Loads there, must have been a couple of hundred. Lots of old faces there, Cosimo, Roberto, Mick and Pete Revell plus a lot of aging shady characters :-) I am sure you would have known quite a few of the characters there.

Times are really good for the Spireites after so many years of heartache. Hurry back and say hello mate.

Update came through anesthetic might have 2 go down to theatre twice more yet hope only once,bit achy ,all I can think about is getting to see town seen all streams they've been awesome,anyone know crooty nip down and be nice to see some players here last time some came here in 1984 cheers all

In years gone by, our former company secretary would have been at your bedside with a camera in his hand faster than a rat up a drainpipe. How times change, Warfey.

I know you've been critical of Cookie but he's served up a superb season. He's made it enjoyable to support the club again and put a smile on a lot of peoples faces. He's a winner and a leader and we are extremely fortunate that he decided to return to the club. With the help of the Kirk brothers, he's put a lot of pride back in supporting the club.

It's unfortunate that you've missed this season and I hope you will get an opportunity to see some games next year
