In Topic: Wednesday In Trouble

Hillsborough is no longer fit for purpose. For a club of Sheffield Wednesday’s size and ambitions, a modern, purpose-built stadium should have been seriously considered by now. The current ground is deteriorating, located in a high flood-risk area, and even includes obstructed views in parts of the Kop stand due to supporting posts, it's far from ideal.
Unfortunately for Wednesday, as ‘massive’ as they are, the club needs to take several steps back in order to move forward. Managing expectations, both internally and among fans, is crucial. There’s a sense of entitlement that doesn't reflect the club’s current reality. They haven’t been able to compete financially for top-level players for years.
It’s a familiar story: a promising squad with momentum, followed by the sale of key assets, only to be replaced by substandard signings. It’s a cycle that’s hard to break without structural change and long-term planning.

Yeh it will be pretty much nailed on that the Forest game will move and if by some miracle it doesnt then we will be. Presume its still the fairly poxy allocation at County for away fans.
For those who normally ask....fixtures on phone calendars!! The Sky Sports link i used in the past packed up on me towards the end of last season with fixtures stopping showing but i think it may have sorted itself but i'd ditched them before they fixed it and was using some from elsewhere. Suspect if you have the Sky ones still they will be updated at some point to show the new seasons fixtures. EFL website also has a way of doing it now from here. Choose League 2 from the dropdown then Chesterfield and follow the process. The direct link to Google Calendar didnt work for me so if it doesnt you can use this direct link to add them manually.
