But I'm yearning to see what a front three of Morgan Mendy and Clarke could produce, esp at home, with Westcarr waiting in the wings.

Cant believe your even considering dropping Westcarr, he has been excellent in the last few games. Sheridan went out and spent 75k on the guy so he can play, not to sit on the bench. Morgan has done absolutely nothing to convince me of a starting place.

personally id play morgan left, westcarr right with clarke on the last man and mendy given a free role behind him ,judging on what i have seen of mendy he looks that good that playing him out wide dosent involve him enough, certainly worth a try and very easy to change if it isnt working
ITS NOT THE WINNING,ITS THE TAKING APART

Totally agree with you S123! Westcarr has really developed and has a good understanding with Clarke. Morgan has had his chances and keeps blowing them. At best he's a good sub to bring on.

drop Westy? your having a laugh, his workrate has been awesome in the past 3 matches.I agree with Bonny, I'd like to see Mendy given a free role down the centre.he had two good runs down the middle at Charlton and caused them havoc.

I think Morgan would bring out the best Clarke and vica versa, Mendy is potentially the best player we have had here in the last 20 years, I don't see him as a forward though.
You can't play all four of them though can you without being too open?

a front 3, play a sort of 4-3-2-1 with Mendy and Westcarr behind Clark and then Whits Allott Johnson across the middle
A new hope.

Hang on. Hang on. Mendy is a good player. I agree.
But the best player in twenty years? Ahem Kevin Davies.
Life goes on. Whatever happens.

What's your big problem with Morgan! He is prob the most skillfull player at this club!! Looks lazy cos he has so much time on the ball! He can unlock a defence so easily that I for 1 would love to see him in a side that contained him , Mendy,Clarke and Westcarr!! Just to make it even more attacking put Randall in aswell!!

Im a massive fan of Morgan and will most likely always protest his right to be in the starting 11, but the team is playing well, and apart from last weekend, winning games. So if it's not broke, why fix it ?
Who put the ball in the Mansfield net? Super Jackie Lesterrrr

Morgan isnt a bad player, I never said that. He just isnt good enough to get in the side at the moment. And as for Randall, for a guy that has a one year deal in order to impress, he has done nothing so far.

For what its worth I thought Morgan looked quality when he came on at Charlton. I would play Mendy, Clarke, Westcarr, and definitely Morgan. Whittaker on the bench. Whatever is going off behind the scenes, Morgan needs to be playing.

Whitaker is our second top scorer and probably leading assist maker, wont happen.

Not quite - he's got 2 this season, the same as Bowery and .... Westcarr! That's from 10 starts (Westcarr has 6 starts, Bowery has 2 starts plus he's come on as a sub 7 times - but usually only for a few minutes). So in terms of assists per game started, he's not at the top of our Club table this season.
If nothing acts faster than anadin, why do we buy anadin?
