    I’ve never notified them and never had a problem. Club normally include collection information in pre match update on website.. I don’t understand why they can’t make it clear tickets can be collected on the day when initial information is published. Questions on collection happen whenever we are in this position, so making it clear at the outset would save everyone worrying.
