Yes.

Sport should be about building bridges and not a pawn for hypocritical politicians.

Besides, if those politicians had genuine principles why didn't they advocate a boycott because of corruption surrounding Russia's bid (I suppose the word 'alleged' should be added there)? Or better still Russia's disgusting record on homophobia, racism and human rights?

I get the impression those calling for 'us' to stay at home are just middle class folk who look down their noses at football anyway. The same folk defending Russian oligarch's donations to political parties and using London to launder ill-gotten gains (only this morning we learned the wife of one of Putin's cronies paid a hundred and sixty grand for a game of tennis with Boris Johnson and another thirty grand to sit next to the Defence Secretary - the chuffin' Defence Secretary - at a dinner. Yet it's Corbyn that's dubbed somehow untrustworthy by the Tory press?)

And where's their outcry on the estimated twelve hundred deaths among those working on Qatar's world cup stadium's? A country where it's illegal to be gay?

I say go. Go and let our multi-ethnic lads representing a democratic and tolerant country perhaps, just maybe, do what Jesse Owens did to the Nazis.

Yes we should go.

I'm not convinced this was Russia anyway, smells very fishy! I agree with Corbyn on this one, show us some evidence before we start a war!

Definitely.
The last called for boycotts by the tories was Moscow 1980 and that gained nothing for those nations who didn't go (as in '84 of course in reverse)
