We will; give it time. As @JonB noted, we had a slow start in the Euros and ..... look what happened there 🙂

It's a big ask for us to win it but, for anyone saying we haven't a chance, rubbish. We're in it; of course there's a chance.

It has been a poor tournament so far. Not helped by 30% of players being amateur. Hopefully the knockout stage will serve better football.

Poor football being played if I'm honest. I'd expect us to put 4/5 at a minimum past any team in this competition. It's a very hard watch. I'm all for the women's game getting the exposure it needs btw before anyone jumps on me. Even the biggest fan of women's football cant defend the quality/standard which is being served up so far!

I can't disagree with you; it hasn't been great thus far. But ..... I've had a bad day at the office today: tomorrow will be better

Started brightly but struggled since the injury. Also be honest....you havent seen better in Sunday league div 5, i played in that years ago and it was god awful then and the bits i've watched of Sunday league football recently normally higher up its still crap!

I was lucky enough to get a ticket for the Euro semi final at Bramall Lane where we dismantled Sweden 4-0....watching live in the stadium you can see the quality they possess especially on the ball, Leah Williamson was outstanding that night. Their technical ability on the ball was miles ahead of some of the clowns i've seen in town shirts over the years.

Think the usual supspect(s) in this thread are definitely on a fishing trip with some of the posts about it.

As for this tournament they havent played well as yet bar possibly the first 20\30mins today but we've more or less qualified out of the group without conceding a goal!

The standard is definitely improving year on year I reckon (at least within the top nations). Think the issue in this tournament is the key players out injured, but tbf they're still getting the job done.

Don't think anyone would moan if we won the first two games of the season 1-0
