When Mandy joined the club I was a critic of his, tired after 60 minutes every game, poor output in terms of goals and assists.
He is now one of our most consistent performers. Whether in CAM, RW or RB he is effective and probably covers more ground than anyone else on the pitch. His output in terms of goals and assists is incredible.
Could he be our new Drew Talbot?

Playing prowess aside, I'm just hoping he's found his way back home after the promotion party.

During the covid season when we had to watch the matches on tv, every time we saw the yellow boots of manders warming up on the touchline, we'd have a moan. He always seemed to run out of steam and was always sliding on his backside. Sine then he has been amazing and is one of the 1st names you look for on the teamsheet. He has been amazing under Paul Cooke he is pure class and has even added regular goals to his game, plus 19 assists, what a player.

It's amazing to think he was probably third in the pecking order behind Jack Clarke and Tom Whelan. Remember when Clarke first came someone posting that he was a better player than Whelan and Mandy combined. How times change.

He may be one of those players you get the best out of, with a guiding arm round the shoulder and Paul Cook is the man for that. Mandy couldn't make the 65th minute in any game, but now he's a regular Duracell Bunny and you can rely on him to give at least a 7 out of 10 performance every game. I think he plays his best football when King is in the side. I don't know if they're social buddies but they certainly click on the pitch. I'd be gutted if he was to leave in the summer.

Which one, King or Mandy? Mandy's thrived under PC's guidance, whilst Kingy's lost his way...
