Any thoughts of kabby coming back must have surly been put to bed now. He couldn't even put pace Palmer. He's finshed

Wouldn’t say he’s finished and I’ve posted on another thread that Palmer had him in ‘his pocket’ all afternoon.
But, on that performance ( if we didn’t know who he was ) you’d say he’s not good enough for us.
We’ve got a far better goalscorer in Grigg but I wish Kabby a good future career but he’s probaly back to his level.

It wasn't nice to see, to be honest, but you've got to remember, they were playing junior school kick and rush most of the game, and that's not Kabby. I think he'll be out on loan again next season with someone like Soilyhole. It really is a shame that he's had it all ended by a thug of a player.

Without his pace he's a mediocre player at the best. Wish him the best though. It's not personal just reality

At least the few BW fans that did travel today witnessed something their sullied club will probably never experience, lifting a NL winners trophy (as I believe they did last season at Wrexham?).So in the scheme of things maybe Karma is at work against the dark arts teams, just slower than we would like?

I’d like to see these and Maidenhead relegated, although it’s unlikely as Oxford and Dorking look gone and Kidderminster close.

Oxford have gone. They've got the dreaded ® against their name.

There were some/a couple there at the end and they sportingly clapped our lads when they lifted the trophy!

No surprise he didn’t do anything today when most of the service was either non-existant or put 6ft in the air against Grimes & Palmer. The only times he threatened was is the first 10 minutes when Palmer got booked. Fortunately for us they failed to use the opportunity to exploit this weakness on the deck and off the shoulder of our defence. Says it all when the most threatening attacking option came from an ex Spireite who was never known for his attacking prowess.
I feel for Kabby and hope things turn around in his career. This season has been one to forget for him and coming back to a negative, vociferous reaction against him wasn’t the ideal way to return, especially on Championsip winning day.
Good luck to him though and I sincerely hope things turn around for him.

What we saw today was the same tshmanga the only difference is he doesn’t have a team around him creating chances. He’s never been a good footballer just knows where the back of the net is.

Did he get a back reaction from us lot when he came out? I missed the first 10 mins of the game.

I think it's fair to say that Kabby was finished the day of the injury. I do hope he gets back to some kind of position where he can be effective as a striker again but Boring Crud don't play his brand of football.

People have short memories. He was superb for us, scored a hatful of goals and played well. He had the chance of a big money move (which no human being would have turned down) but was never the same player after the awful injury he sustained. I don’t understand the venom towards him. I wish him all the best.

He got a round of 'Spireite reject'. Undeserved for me. And as he went to a League One club for money, nonsense.

At least he got a reaction I suppose, unlike Tom Whelan

I agree. He was fantastic for us. He’d have taken us up imo
