The lowest for a match in which away fans were admitted to their own area of the ground is 25, by Dagenham & Redbridge a couple of years ago. It is thought that the FL Trophy game against Accrington attracted fewer away fans, but they weren't counted seperately as everyone was lumped into the West Stand.

I remember a few night matches up at Saltergate early to mid nighties when there were no travelling fans in attendance, think Northampton and possibly Hereford were the games in question.

After being at the game Tuesday,watching the highlights reading the reports,and listening to the interviews, through dogged detective work and investigating all the ifs and buts I have concluded we won 8-2.So not quite as close as the Oxford manager thought 🤔
