think the players and staff will be back from their promotion celebration holiday now, main question marks seemed to be over jacobs and banks, an uncertainty over had palmer triggered an extension and what happens to king?

The podcast thought the details would be announced after this weekend- the last match of the season being the play off final.

Banks will do what he always does, wait until the last possible minute and take the offer that suits him best. It’s a different ball game if you have more than one offer but will we allow him that time when we obviously have big ambitions.

Squads at capacity isn’t it so need to make some room someone here . King palmer banks Curtis achieves that.

A quick glance at the OOC thread suggests NO even if all those you mention sign an extension

The squad is not at capacity as we only have 20 players who are currently with us would be classed as squad players by EFL rules, Goalkeepers don't count nor do any u21 players. As we haven't even published our retained list that number could go down. It's 21 if we include Loz Maguire who technically is still our player.

What do we want as a minimum to compete at the top end of league two. In my humble opinion, we need, assuming Tyrer comes back, a centre back, an apprentice to Mike Jones, a Mandeville stand-in and another striker. I just hope we don't lose players we don't want to lose.

I’d imagine we’ll only lose players we don’t want to lose if it’s to both their, and our, own financial betterment.

I'll agree to a certain extent because King has had his off field problems and Clements seems to blow hot and cold. I certainly think that the back four will have new faces in there somewhere.

If we can plan to replace a player who's caught the eye, it's not too bad, but if we lose one on transfer deadline day, we're going to struggle to replace them. We all know that clubs will come a calling with most of the squad able to play at a higher level.

Just come out. Obviously a shame to see lozza go but doubt anyone thought he would stay. Just glad to see Ollie Banks has signed an extension. 😃
