Yeah I’ve got a feeling we’ll see Freckleton at LCB tomorrow. Which most people won’t like.

Cook seems to prefer the right/left footed combination in central defence.

Freckleton is a match fit, left footed central defender.

I'd be amazed if he doesn't play alongside Palmer with Horton returning to left full back tomorrow...

This will happen imo. If we get 2 league clean sheets in a row I think cook will stick with it too.
Here we go again!

Yeah it’ll be Freckleton. Beck will probably target him It’ll be interesting to see what happens.

I'd like to see Williams in there, if fit, but I know Freckleton has been brought in as cover for Grimes so I just hope if Freckleton plays, he keeps full concentration because he has a nasty habit of ball watching. He's going to be a decent player, and if Sheffield United get rid, I'd be happy for us to take him on and develop him. A good young CB with pace is like having gold in the bank.

Much rather have williams in for grimes, williams is our most assured centre half after Grimes, his experience counts for far more than what his foot preference is.

All depends if he is fit, which i suspect he isn’t. For me, Mandy (if fit), Freckleton, Palmer and Horton at the back. Get us on the from foot tomorrow.

If it's anything like the second half last week it won't matter who's at the back ....

They will have all in getting the ball never mind being able to have a plan to target him.

Williams or Grimes - who's got the best left foot?

I've a feeling that it's too early for Williams, although I think he'll be on the bench. I hope I'm wrong because his experience will be needed tomorrow. Freckleton will have to be on his game if he's left centre back. I'd definitely play Sheckleford at right back, with Mandeville in his usual position. It's all about ifs and buts at the moment.

The cover is not good enough.

As predicted. So obvious it's untrue.

Talking about predictability, there's nothing like putting the "I" in irony!

Solihull scored the same amount of goals against us that they did when Grimes played.
