You’re obsession with hating Starmer is disturbing

It was just a very recent example of where the “Ferrari” technique could also have been employed, nothing more nothing less.

So if parts of Birmingham are 'no go zones', as Scully suggests, does that mean Tory mayor Andy Street has 'handed the second city to his mates'....?

Genuine Qs in the interest of debate. After some wide range of searching it’s easy to go down a rabbit hole on this subject.

Define in “no time”?

What do you “imagine….(is) in store”?

As a secular state, where “no religion” is the fastest growing category what would happen if Islam was to be the majority religion?

Some of the searching made interesting reading, some were extreme and hatred. It was interesting reading parallels to Turkey. It was interesting reading the views of people (emigrants from U.K.) and their experiences of living in a country with a majority Muslim population.

No, mate, this is a proper platform with proper journalists who'll explore your words in a proper manner. Suggest you try GeeBeebies, though - your kindsa baseless smears are actively encouraged there...

Well, Muslim population in the UK is set to double by 2030

With 6% population we see parliamentary protocol changed, Halal meat force fed, schools forced to close with teachers in hiding

So logically, the islamification of the UK will gather pace

Evidence?

And anyone with a basic grasp of maths knows double six percent is twelve. You said twenty five.

Then, again, where is Halal meat 'force fed'?

And protocol wasn't changed because of any 'Islamification of the UK', it happened because all the political parties played self serving games.

So there's no 'logic', just you once more peddling bigotry. Once more using the actions of a minority to smear an entire race or religion.

So let's once more apply the 'Burnham test', replace 'Islam' with 'Jew' or 'halal' with 'kosha', and call it what it is...

Fair play for replying.

Double in 6 years? Many reports seem to suggest by 2050.

Where is halal “force” fed?

I’d agree that any kind of mob rule is wrong.

I think the teacher who was involved in the furore of showing a picture of the prophet is still in hiding and still can’t have their identity revealed due to threats on their life 3 years after the event.

Just another insight:- in the 80s I was made redundant and having a young family had to take seek any work possible. Anyway for a few years I ended up on shift work in a complete s...hole. It took 18 men to run the production line I was assigned 14 of which were Asian (all Muslim they wouldn't employ other creeds for fear of trouble) 3 West Indians and me, generally. Boy it was fun and a few scrapes ensued. Anyway the crux of this ramble after any dispute, to a man they always retorted on the lines off:- by 2020 they will have taken this country over. They may have been 15 years out.

I’m sure they did (and maybe meant it) but it’s not evidential

No, but it all came from the preachings they received in the mosques. What's the word, indoctrination?

On seeking to find a new sponsor of this board. I honestly can't see anyone who has a business wanting to be associated with this kind of garbage that is posted fairly regularly on here. I'd add to that the immaturre personal abuse that another poster tends to use fairly ofetn too.

As I see it, the issue isn't whether 'w' in a post = personal or whether 'x' in a post = racist or whether 'y' in a post = breaking the law or whether 'z' in a post = free speech etc.

It's simply whether or not a business owner (or even a private individual) would feel comfortable in funding a public platform that allows such views to be aired - and under the sponsor's name.

My own view, for what it's worth, is that the forum would be better if this kind of stuff just wasn't allowed to be a part of it. It's time that it grew up and became just a CFC forum IMHO.

Just my threepenneth.

And no, I'll not be responding to any of the usual 'JRI..' rebuttals or 'CP.' retorts. My point above is my point.

Pretty sure Islamophobia, transphobia and racism are deemed unacceptable in the messageboard rules.

Maybe some of us have been remiss in not calling it out and/or reporting it enough...

Or maybe the moderators have seen posts and don’t deem them as such?

Or agree with them more disturbingly which is possible given the lack of moderation in some of the posts

I’m not sure if you’d agree with me but being a moderator is probably a thankless task, anyway and just like we saw in the House of Commons the other day the more fractious politics and options become so it follows on here, and believe it or believe it not, I’m imho a decent chap and I’m sure you are, and don’t like to see some of the stuff that’s posted or probably indeed some things I post, I don’t think it’s a good look from all sides at times. We’ve already seen decent posters leaving the board and this section and that’s why when it moves to a new platform I personally think that this section should just be for public info purposes, IE decent pubs, what car you’re looking at, gigs to go to, or watch collections etc etc.
Like I said I’m one of the main protagonists on here, guilty as charged but I think it should be a fresh start.
Just my humble opinion.
