McCourt, Reed, Dimaio, Sinnott, Weir, Kay

all central midfielders.

Is someone on the way out?

If any, my guess would be Dimaio.

One maybe a little bit more for the future, fingers crossed, but again it shows that Jack, or maybe Tommy Wright more on this one, have had their targets for a few weeks now.

My money is on Reed. He's been on fire, easily good enough for L1.

That would be a blow but I can't see it happening - Wilder keen to help Jack.

Pity he wasn't keen to help Caldwell when reneging on the Brooks deal.

Here is a site with a headline that doesn't match the text:

Maybe Saunders wasn't given the absolute backing that Jack is getting and don't forget we are desperate squad wise every where you look for back up.

Briggs ???

not sure about that, i think saunders had plenty of backing, he also however inherited what was still a very squad. Jack however has not inherited a very good squad and we're on the brink, glad to see he's not hanging about.

Briggs ???

Saunders allegedly having one of the biggest budgets in the league blew it on 'names' and poor signings.

I agree we need to keep hold of Reed and allow Briggs to move on for personal reasons.

I might venture over to Accy to have a look at the new blood. The last time we did was when we played Northampton. New faces in the squad and we got hammered. My only concern is the squad is still very young. Would like a bit more experience - perhaps, ironically, an even less experienced side out at Accy.

I think Saunders had plenty of backing but was lazy and just spunked it all on crocks. Criminal.
Jack is shopping at 1990s Netto here in comparison. Not many players would be willing to come and join us in the state we are in currently.

Strangely he seems to have made a solitary championship start (Oct 16) and then never even got as far as the bench since.

Barnsley sign a lot of non leaguers to try and develope a bargain, they have a man mountain CF who they signed from Maidstone. He's not been seen for a while.

I was hoping he might be the first 6 feet tall midfielder we have had for a bit, but according to Barnsley’s OS he’s only a little over 7 inches in height.

Strange loan periods at Fylde and Tranmere ending very swiftly. Couldn't find much about his loans or why they appeared to be so unsuccessful
