The report doesnt say 7, its says several then goes on to mention that Ryan and Talbot will probably leave and there is interest in Morsy and Clucas so they may leave.

When the article doesnt say 7 whats the point in trying to name and make up to 7?!
Then why bother going on a fans forum? It what it's for isn't it, talking about our club.

No Ryan, Morsy, Talbot, Clucas, Darikwa and Cook puts us up **** creek without a paddle.
Very serious problems. Club need to come out and sort this mess out now because it's getting silly now. All those being naive and saying wait and see etc - this is going to happen almost certainly. Cook going is the beginning of the end for this squad

Or a business making swift decisions? If they'd have dillied and dallied till end of May/beginning of June, there'd also be critisism I guess.
If it's gotta be done, I say do it quickly, decisively and then we can all get on.

Part of something that has been in the background for weeks.
Reduce the total wage bill by around £1,000,000 and reduce the debts by selling our assets.

Stop making this scaremongering rubbish up. Reduce the wage bill by a million and we would be the lowest payers in the entire football league.

Darikwa was in the list.
Ryan going anyway. Armand and Talbot out of contract
Roberts allowed to leave. Banks allowed to leave.
Clucas Morsy, Darikwa, sold.

For all the attendances ticket prices 24/7 income tiny squad low budget and player sales, we are still sinking.

Can't agree with you there mate.
The only difference between us and PNE is the quality of strikers they have compared to CFC who haven't really got any strikers presently that are anything other than lower league two/conference level.
We simply can't afford the likes of Garner,Davies,Robinson and a loanee like Beckford who is rumoured to be on £38k a week at Bolton.
I would suspect that Preston have been asked to contribute at least 25% of that.

we are repeatedly told by Turner that our player wage bill not large, 1.6-1.8
You want us to have a wage bill of 0.6-0.8
What division do you have in mind?

I heard they were paying 1.5k of his 30k a week contract.

You can choose to believe what you like.
The TOTAL wage bill for CFC is £4,000,000. That is not made up scaremongering. It is factual. It is in the accounts.
This will be reduced by around £1,000,000. If you doubt this, wait and see what happens and who leaves the club.

And don't overlook the fact that Gallagher, although you wouldn't see it from his performances, is a Premier League loanee.
