Playing a steady game at left back for Tranmere tonight at Aldershot in the 1st leg of the natonal league playoffs

He crossed the ball for Tranmeres second goal and they lead 3-0 after 75 minutes

He could be visiting with them but would not say no to him replacing Jones for next season

If Tranmere are promoted via play offs, as is likely, why would he come here?

He wasn't bad either imo and he may have got a lot better since then. It happens sometimes.

Scored an absolute screamer in our 2011/12 relegation season at home v Bournemouth, now where are each club at now? Owners eh! For every good one I guess there's another ....fill in the gaps as you wish....one!

Beat them home and away that season, wasn't they some to-do with their current chairman either before or after the game getting on the microphone and causing uproar?

We did and while he was haranguing the home end with his megaphone after the game they were trying to tip his limo (with chauffeur inside) on its side in the car park.

I don't think he is still at the club, but him and/or his supposed chum Mostyn (who still is) introduced the mysterious Russian billionaire and everything has been consigned to the trash bin of history.

If only we had given Turner more time to find a buyer

Yeah he was poor. Barring that one wonder goal he volleyed in he didn't do much. Saying that he'd walk into our current side. Mind you so would the likes of Currie and Austin we are that bad.

Declan John would be a better choice, if we limited to unavailable ex-loanees at Left Back

Superb little player. Managed to get back into the Cardiff side this season.

His cross for the 2nd goal was actually really poor. Straight into the keepers hands - just so happened that he dropped it.

There is a reason he plays non league football. Wasnt bad here but wouldnt have him back

Was only a young lad then though. I saw him playing for Tranny earlier in the season and no doubt he's improved.

I'm 4 stone overweight, haven't kicked a ball for 3 years and I'd fancy my chances of getting at least 8 in that league!

He isn't a player I'd fancy us taking back to plat in the league. Decent free kick but slow as slow
