He’s been great lately and really kicked on as a player but you have to worry about his decision-making with that unnecessary challenge, at a time when Southend really needed something to swing the match in their favour.
At least Barnet and Sol*hull lost, but we shouldn’t have done.

Played a major part in our successful run - which included blowing Barnet away last week - but made a mistake today.

I would add that his stupid mistake came after some very poor defending by one of our CHs who was trying to dribble the ball in our box under pressure. It certainly doesn't excuse him, but we were seemingly playing take the p**s 'Ole' football at the time in our own box. His more experienced team mate should have made a better job of getting the ball into row Z.
