In recent seasons Roma have tonked Barca at home to turn over a big 1st leg deficit and Barca have also lost heavily at PSG
Great achievement yes, unexpected yes, but not the greatest comeback ever (it's one of them)
And what was VAR doing all night? Don't they look at Suarez?

Not just because my 2nd team are Everton
Not cos of what happened at anfield 79
When the lovable reds battered everything Insight that wasn't wearing red but it helps 😂
Have to put up with for next 2 weeks
The gloating of carragher Thompson Sourness etc. All we need is Gerrard to make a appearance
Funnily enuf I like clipclop he's a character but yea I despise his team

Whatever channels they are gloating on, I don't watch or listen to them. Just don't tune in.

Ajax winning would be the right thing for football. They play in a league where any player remotely talented is hoovered up by the big leagues and yet have still managed to produce a team full of home grown talent supplemented by the right amount of experience. They are going to lose all their best players this summer so it'd be nice to see them go on and win it all.
Well said, that man. If Ajax made the final and won, I’d be happy for them. There’s things more important than national loyalty in the wider scheme of things.
Just watched the highlights on YouTube. From those, it looked like Barca were well in it first half, contrary to what I’ve heard/read since. I know clipped highlights are no replacement for the full game and that is no substitute for being there live in the stadium but for those who saw it in full, was it a case of ”How it ended decided how it was seen” or were Liverpool truly the best team? Genuine question.
Oh - and Jordan Henderson is a massively undervalued player.
And the celebrations were great. Enjoy your great night, Herr Klopp and you scousers and the team that represents you.

I really rate Henderson and have done for a while defending him on a number of occasions to friends who are liverpool "fans" and slated him during his early time at Liverpool. Saw him a lot at Sunderland due to my other half being a Sunderland fan so i watch a lot of their games. As i often told them he wasnt going to keep getting picked for Liverpool and England by different managers if he was crap. He's one of their players that means the likes of Salah, Mane, Firminho can be as effective as they can be. That said last night he was the one that set the tone from the off to put Barca on the back foot as shown in that opening goal as he was the one bursting forward to stretch the defence.

Wouldn’t exactly put it as your forthright self has but - agreed - folk who feel they need a 2nd team are half-hearted charlatans imo

Didn’t realise we had so many 2 team W(/)NKERS supporting town
Don't agree though see your point. Possibly not two team ...........s just enjoy how a certain team plays from time and enjoy watching some great games

Is order Spurs or Ajax to win it. Neither have spent a lot on transfers and neither are Liverpool 😂

Judging by the reactions after the Messi free kick in the first leg - half the BT pundits, Lineker and Ferdinand
