Im glad that people are happy that people taking their advice on not to come to games; im sure the £7500 lost today due to the poor attendence can be blamed on the lack of support from the local area and that these people that are being told to go and support other clubs are not a significant loss......

Some of them that didn't turn up today were regulars and you cannot blame them for staying away,Hurst yet again sat on the bench, more strange decisions.

i cant understand anyones calls for roy to walk. only thing i can understand is a few people being upset we didnt manage a win and thats a bit petty. who honestly thought we'd give colchester a good game today?
im quuite pleased about todays game. 90 minutes of entertainment

It happens to lots of teams with nothing to play for. It's not a good situation by any means but not out of the ordinary either. Leading the team from the excitement of a relegation dogfight to mid-table obscurity is nothing to resign over either.

I said exactly the same thing coming home today. If I didn't know better, I would never have thought Colchester were pushing promotion, particularly in the 1st half.
Like you, I felt the match was good entertainment, I enjoyed it today.

I thought it was a decent game and against the team second in the league, we could have expected an onslaught second half. Very unlucky to concede on stroke of halft time. As for those moaning about crowd, we have ****** all to play for and it's Easter weekend. I thought it was value for money today and enjoyed it.

You don't know how relieved I am to read your post MB, I thought I was going crackers when I read the posts at the start. What I saw today was a great game with excellent football and very good goals, and how anyone can be idiotic enough to call for a manager to resign after his injury - struck team has performed superbly to draw with a team close to automatic promotion, just totally, totally baffles me.
