I hope it's not too long before he's back but the worry isn't there like it has been in the past.

According to Leam Richardson on Peak the substitution was mainly a precaution but I doubt he'll figure Tuesday.

The way Johnson played Yesterday I think we can afford give Roberts time to get himself sorted.

Play was quicker in the final third, Johnson always looking to give and go where as Roberts always takes many more touches, slowing play, allowing the opposition to get back in to position.
That said, when fully fit, you can't leave him out of the side, can you?

Well Johnson is going to make it extremely difficult for Roberts - Cook has to treat Johnson fairly irrespective of Roberts class.

Johnson signed on as a one month loanee. Even if he signs for another two months after would you put a loanee ahead of our own player?
Ok. If the loan is to a permanent deal then the thinking may be different but if the loanee is going to go back to his parent club then all our hardwork is for somebody else's benefit and let's be fair Johnson was brought in because of the injuries we have so if they hadn't occurred he wouldn't be here.

Where do you play Clucas?
We are dropping our players to accommodate a loanee. For as good as he is if he goes back we have players to come in that aren't match sharp.

You play the best team available and worry about the business side later. There is no point in signing loan players if you aren't going to play them.

Of course if he is better than your own and helps get you more points. I realise we will never know but do you honestly think we would have scored 4 yesterday if Roberts had remained on the field? I personally don't. As good as Roberts can be Johnson looked a class higher yesterday IMHO

Johnson was signed as cover and injuries has given him an opportunity. If he is clearly improves the team then he should get the nod, if there are other options that are just as good then that is a different matter

Didn't think that sounded right as he's been here for more than a month already so I had a look around and found this

So we have him for two more months - good
